Bad Night is all about the times when my mind goes into overdrive. It doesn't necessarily spiral at night, but most often does. This song speaks about my frustration over the fact that I can't seem to shake negative thoughts, and the subsequent understanding that I'm actually not alone in this. There's many people who go through this too. Even if I go through hard times, I also know that I'm not alone in dealing with it. That's the realisation that I have at the end of Bad Night.

I wanted to say thank you to Callum Edwards, who I worked with and made my music sound to a capacity that I couldn't have achieved myself! He's done a lot of hard work, and it's paid off brilliantly. I hope we can work again because it was such a pleasure.
